Refund & Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong colour
  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review size guides carefully before purchasing.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.


Claims Window

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with our fulfillment partner’s policies.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Contact your local carrier

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us and we will assist with a claim.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be in progress, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
