Every DATE. piece is created specifically for you once your order is placed.
We produce on demand rather than in bulk. That means no excess inventory, no overproduction, and no sitting in warehouses. Your item is printed, prepared, and finished fresh — just for you.
This intentional approach allows us to focus on quality, reduce waste, and release designs without compromise.
Because each piece is custom-made, production time is required before shipment.
Production Time
Orders typically enter production within:
2–5 business days
During peak seasons or major releases, production times may extend slightly. All orders are processed in the order they’re received.
You’ll receive a confirmation once your item has been completed and prepared for shipping.
Shipping Estimates (After Production)
Once your order leaves production, estimated delivery times are:
Canada: 3–9 business days
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times vary by location and carrier performance. These are estimated transit times and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Multiple Items
If your order includes multiple products, they may ship separately depending on fulfillment location. Each shipment will include its own tracking information.
